Purify and Guard Your Heart.

Judging a person by his appearance is a foolish act; even judging yourself based on what you see is a dangerous choice to make. God has given you all the tools needed to fulfill your destiny. Regardless of your build and race or past mistakes, God is still able to use you. Be willing to look past what you see in the mirror and take a deeper look within. The issues of life are not merely what we see but much about those things we do not. Allow him to purify and mold your heart.

"But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7

Be Inspired...to be honest with yourself and truly look within to see those things that are wonderful and those things that need to be modified. We are all meant to grow and change is a natural part of life. Change for the better is worth the work.

With Prayer and Obedience, Hard Work results in Prosperity.

Never become weary in diligence and good deeds. Most millionaires have humble beginnings and many of those who were born into wealth squander it all on foolishness. Perhaps foolishness is the result of not knowing the blood, sweat, and tears that went into earning money, character, and anything else worth possessing. When at the bottom stay persistent because those morals, values, and experiences gained on your way up will allow you to never fall down.

"He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich." Proverbs 10:4

Be Inspired...to work harder at obtaining your goals. Do not allow the distractions of life overshadow your ultimate destiny.

We are Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise.

We are to maintain and grow what we have inherited.

The Word has all that we will ever need to succeed and prosper. We have to focus on keeping the good and multiply it into something greater. Do not be dismayed by the serpents in your garden. Continue to trust and obey our Heavenly Father. Being whole mind, body, and spirit is God's will for our lives; however, it is our responsibility to believe and take possession of these gifts. Do not continue to let life pass you by. Arise and live the life God has intended for you to live.

"The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it." Genesis 2:15

Be Inspired to... Create and use daily affirmations and repeat them to yourself in the morning while looking in the mirror. Continue to do so aloud or silently throughout the day. A step in changing your mindset is replacing old, negative thoughts with new, positive ones.

Never approach a situation with a defeated mentality. Always prepare for battle with a victorious mindset.

When experiencing times of difficulty or beginning a new phase in life, never doubt your ability to win. Confirmation and preparation are essential in winning. While fighting for something you believe is God's perfect will never second guess your victory. Continue to move on knowing that in the end you triumph.

Being ready for trials and tribulations takes a clear mind, pure heart, and a watchful eye. Too often we fail due to unpreparedness, lateness, or simply laziness. Let' s begin to walk in a Winning State of Mind - always ready to conquer any task ahead of us.

"For as he thinks in his heart, so he is." Proverbs 23:7

Be inspired to... combat notions of defeat by replacing them with positive thoughts. Always focus on your strengths and never forget to strengthen your weaknesses.

The Testing of Your Faith Produces Patience.

One of our biggest battles is with Patience. When a son is told to wait by his father, the son becomes antsy and frustrated by the fact he has to wait all the way until Saturday to get his brand new red bicycle but disregards the fact that he is GETTING his brand new red bicycle.

In life, we all have to go through a stage of waiting, and instead of us learning while we wait or perfecting other areas we concentrate on not having and needing to wait. Patience is truly a virtue and when we have the ability to wait the battle is less intense and opens up room for more blessings to pour in. It shows that we have trust and total faith in the amazing abilities of our God.

So when Our Father tells us to wait, let's not become fixated on the clock but consumed with joy in knowing that we will get what He promises to give...Just wait!

"My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing." James 1:2-4

Be Inspired...to focus on the gifts and blessings you have and pray for the ability to wait for gifts and blessings of the future.

Loving Yourself unlocks the door to Growth.

It allows you to accept, forgive, and move on. Take advantage of the key within your heart.

When we truly love ourselves we make better lifestyle choices; we focus on the things that are nurturing and healthy for our mind, body, and spirit. Every now and then we may make a choice that does not line up with the Word of God or a decision that does not work out as we hoped it would. These things happen, but we have to make a conscience decision to make choices that will always leave us in a better position or situation. Always advancing, always excelling, and always growing should always be our focus.

"For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." Psalm 139:13-14

Today's Challenge: When making choices think about the effects it will have on you and your loved ones. Evaluate the pros and cons and make the best choice possible. Remember to pray and ask God for directions. Love yourself.

Choose to Listen to the Voice of Truth

The devil is an egotistical, self-centered loser who will steal your joy and focus if YOU allow him.

Choose to the listen to the voice of truth. Understanding God's will for your life starts with getting to know Him. And getting to know Him starts with accepting Him, reading the bible and praying. It is easy to give our attention to the class clown - one who offers nothing but desires all of the attention. Lets stop giving our lives away to worthless thoughts, behaviors, and people. Stop handing over your treasures to earthly concepts. Today and every day after, choose to stake claim of the promises and gifts of God. And Stop ALLOWING the enemy and any representative of evil to take possession of your precious goods.

"Pilate said to Him, Then You are a King? Jesus answered, You say it! [You speak correctly!] For I am a King. [Certainly I am a King!] This is why I was born, and for this I have come into the world, to bear witness to the Truth. Everyone who is of the Truth [who is a friend of the Truth, who belongs to the Truth] hears and listens to My voice." John 18:37

Today's Challenge: When confronted with a situation that is not ideal, stop, give thanks to God for allowing you to make it through, then ask for directions on how to proceed.

Learn to Be a Student of Life

Learning is all about forming connections between yesterday's experiences, today's advice, and tomorrow's endeavors.

We are truly broken pieces being made whole by God each and everyday. The little trials and the even bigger tribulations we experience in life are to make us wiser, stronger, and closer to Christ. When we sit and really take time to look at an issue not for what it is today but for what it can produce tomorrow, we will inevitably grow as individuals. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason. We would not be who we are if we had not experienced valley moments. We could not recognize a triumph without a defeat.

Today's Challenge: When faced with a problem be optimistic. Think of the end result rather than the current obstacle.

"If the Lord delights in a man's way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand." Psalm 37:23

True Faith is Revealed when Faced with Adversity.

Continue to trust and believe in God regardless of the circumstances. Be filled with the same joy you possess when all is well. Besides, God is the same always and will never leave you - especially in your time of need. Do not allow anyone or anything rob you of the peace within. Too often we crack under pressure and give in right before the battle is over. Stay persistent and you shall be victorious.

"I lift my eyes up to the hills- where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." Psalm 121:1-2
